Hi dear friends! Today I am going to give some fascinating information about the importance of being healthy and some tips to have a long and healthy life. Health is the most important aspect of a person’s life. Regular workout helps you to sweat out all the body toxins. While most of the young aged people frequent the gyms it is not the same case with the middle aged and the elderly men. A study conducted by Dr. Karl indicates that physical activity after the age of 50 years helps to increase their longevity. It is better late than never. Statistics indicates that men who had high physical activity live an average of 2.3 years longer and men who performed moderate exercises live an average of 1.2 years than those who follow a sedentary lifestyle. Smoking increases the mortality risk. A sedentary life style has same degree of impact on the mortality risk. The entire study was mainly conducted on men. So women may not have the same benefits. Many people are under the false impression that heavy exercise leads to heart related problems and cardiac arrests. This is not entirely true. Any exercise should be done in the right manner exerting pressure on the right parts of the body. One has to be careful about the number of repetitions. Once the number is increased they have to be consistent with it. Exercise strong and Live long!!!!!

LEGS AND FEET

MOISTURIZE:

The skin on our legs needs as much moisture as the skin on our face or arms. The good thing about waxing is that it exfoliates too; but if you use a razor, exfoliation is a must. Mix some table salt with a little cream and scrub your legs. Shower off-this will exfoliate as well as moisture.

TONE:

20 minutes of brisk walking will keep your muscles toned and your legs in good shape. Else, use a treadmill or stationary bike at your nearest gym.

PICK ME UP:

Dress your legs in tights rather than leaving them bare. If stuck with laddered stockings, dust your legs with a face powder. Else mix in a little bronzer with foundation and evenly merge with skin.
